Formerly Head of Development at Knight Frank’s Birmingham office, as a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors Will is a highly experienced residential development specialist with over 25 years in the land and development sector.
He has advised on more than 80 sites across Birmingham city centre and the wider Midlands, with extensive expertise in urban regeneration, strategic land and residential development.
Will also has extensive experience advising on traditional greenfield and suburban housing sites, working with both volume and regional housebuilders
Outside of work, Will is a dedicated family man, married with two boys. Much of his spare time is spent coaching his sons’ rugby team, alongside enjoying water skiing, wakeboarding, snow skiing and golf. He also loves travelling and exploring new countries with his family.
Charlie steele

Charlie is an experienced property and development professional specialising in residential land, development opportunities, and strategic real estate across the Midlands and wider UK market. He is a Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors with a broad range of experience working alongside developers, investors, landowners, he focuses on identifying opportunities that unlock long-term value and deliver meaningful regeneration and results.
Most recently, a Partner within the Knight Frank residential development team, he has been involved in a wide range of transactions spanning residential development sites, mixed-use opportunities, urban regeneration, and affordable housing projects. Charlie is passionate about building strong relationships, understanding the commercial drivers behind every project, to ensure client results. He combines market knowledge, practical thinking, and a proactive approach to deliver results in an evolving property landscape.
Outside of work Charlie is a keen Birmingham City supporter though struggles to go as much as he would like as he is kept very busy by his young family. Slightly bucking the trend of most surveyors and other property professionals he doesn’t go skiing and also very rarely plays golf but has started to join the ever growing Padel scene!
