Instructed to dispose of a large vacant city centre office building within the city walls of York. The site benefitted from a mixed-use planning consent but fell into administration. A marketing process was undertaken on behalf of the administrators with the property being sold unconditionally for Evans Property Group, for the construction of a new build Dakota Hotel.
